Following on from a number of successfully completed projects in Tuvalu, our team was contracted once again in 2015 to dredge approximately 35,000m³ of sand and limestone from the existing lagoon. This material was pumped to a reclamation area along the coastline, with works including the construction of sand containers on both sides of the 16,000m² area.

Our team also carried out replenishment works along a narrow strip of the rocky foreshore, creating a valuable beach for the residents of Funafuti.
