Pacific Maritime Security Program (PMSP)

The Pacific Maritime Security Program (PMSP) is an Australian Government initiative designed to enhance regional maritime security, sovereign capability and cooperation across the Pacific.

As part of Phase 2, Hall was engaged to upgrade the wharf and workshop facilities at Betio Port in Kiribati.

Having successfully mobilised from Australia and Fiji in early 2026, Hall’s team is dredging an approach channel and berthing pocket, constructing modernised wharf infrastructure and installing scour protection.

On completion, the works will support the safe and secure berthing of two Guardian-class patrol boats, strengthening maritime capability and security in the region.
